Our team

Graduated from Law School in 2017, after completing his legal internship at international law offices and banks, he became a registered lawyer to Istanbul Bar Association in 2018. He completed his master's degree with a merit honors degree on International Financial and Banking Law at University of Hertfordshire, England. Following to his master's programme, Mr. Guven completed the "Foundations of Private Equity and Venture Capital" certificate program at Harvard University after completing his master's education. Mr. Guven provides services in the fields of Banking and Financial Law, Corporate Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Law, Foreigners Law, Citizenship Law, Arbitration, Recognition-Enforcement.

Graduated from Law School in 2017, registered in the İstanbul Bar Association since 2018. Currently she is continuing her master education on “Intercultural Conflict Management” in Germany. Her field of expertise are; Private International Law, Recognition-Enforcement, Foreigners Law, Citizenship Law and Press Law.
